I have changed the batteries, reset the scale, checked my settings in the app, and even deleted the scale and set up as new. NOTHING worked. For the amount paid for this scale, I would have expected it to last. It used to work fine until an update or 2 ago. What happened? And how can we fix it so that it works like it is supposed to? I could have gotten a cheap $10 scale if all I wanted was my weight

I've noticed the same thing. Even returned the first one I got and exchanged it for another one because I thought it broke. Got the second one, the same thing happened. I was expecting more from this purchase, but sadly, I'm stuck with it now. I don't feel like spending money on another scale, but I just might have to.

Same here, it did a couple of times then stopped.  Just bought this one to replace aria1 that quit 

 

NOT HAPPY.
