Recently, my Aria2 only syncs at 1am. I tried resetting but still the same results.

Hi @Lynn99, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issue that your Aria 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know if you restarted your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. In the meantime, try setting up your Aria 2 from scratch as instructed in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.

My Aria has the exact same problem - it only syncs at 1am. It used to sync right away before and work just fine. And yes, I've tried restart it etc. What's the problem?
