Aria 2 provides inaccurate body fat and BMI readings

I have already removed all batteries for 15 secs to recalibrate, it gets my weight right everytime just not the other two things.  (any ideas anyone please?)😁

Also just a note, the Windows 10 fitbit app does not work with the wifi setup, the only way I could do it was with my Samsung Tablet with bluetooth on (spent about 4 hours on this, worked first time from my tablet🤐).

@andrew9993   BMI is a a fairly simple calculation that uses height and weight.  I think you should check your personal information -- from dashboard tap on your profile picture > your name to view your profile > personal > verify your information.    Doing the math backwards, let's say you weigh 175-180 lbs.  If the scale says your BMI is 99.9, then you are 35" tall.  I don't think so.

If everything is correct, then you should contact Support for more help.  Your scale is doing wacky math.

I understand why you are frustrated about the Windows 10 app set up.  The manual clearly says that it can be set up with the Windows 10 app.

@andrew9993 as @LZeeW pointed out, the scale does not measure BMI. Fitbit calculates it based on your bodies stats that you entered.

Have you checked page 6 of the user manual and read Ensuring Accuracy?
