My wife was being recognised when she weighed her self and then a couple of weeks ago Aria stopped recognising her and called her Guest and did not send on the data to her app.  What could have caused this? I should add I am recognised, and our weights etc are very different so there should be no confusion

When the word guest appears on the scale display, have her tap hard on the lower right corner until her initials appear.

Thanks Patruns.  When the initials appear, does that reset the system?  Or does she have to do this everytime "Guest" comes up?
