Aria 2 recognized me as "Guest"

Got a new set of Aria2 scales today and am about to send them back!

Set them up with my wife as the primary user.  It correctly recognises her when she stands on it.

She sent me an invite which I accepted and it shows in my iPhone app.

When I stand on the scales they always identify me as guest, don't display body fat or even the little animation to step off.

I can go into the app and assign the weigh-in to me but no matter how many times I do that, it still never recognises me.

I've tried all sorts and it refuses to do so.  I am hoping it can do this, because it says it can recognise 8 people.

Also, the weight figures are different every time I stand on it, tiled level floor, not moving scales in between, literally weigh and wait for it to upload and goto sleep then weigh again etc...NEVER the same reading!  Only a .x of a lb different, but no consistency.

Read other threads of people with similar issues and differing body fat measurements and the suggestions seem to be to reset it and take 5 measurements, or change profile gender etc etc etc....

How often does this need to be done, and more importantly, when would I know?

At £105 it is useless, I expect it to be accurate....my other scales (a £15 set of Salter and a £160 set of SECA medical scales) both give exactly the same weight and are consistent when checking several times in a row.  I know these aren't medical grade, but neither are the £15 Salter scales!

Bought it for the "smart" capability....seems pretty dumb so far!
