I've used my Aria 2 for years with no issue. Now all of the sudden, it says guest every time I use it. How do I fix this?

Hi I have the same issue,


I weighted myself like a 100 times and corrected it on the app to see if it would recognize me the next time and also made a bunch of resets and still nothing. This is really frustrating..
