Aria 2 recognizes me as "Guest" only

I stopped using my Aria 2 for a number of months. When I tried again, it measured weight but no body fat. it also did not recognise me.

I used the app to manually put the new weight measurements under my own name. no change.

I weighed myself 10 times in a row. I then manually put all of the guest weights under my own name. No change.

I replaced the batteries, leaving them out for around 20 seconds before reinserting - I then weighed myself 5 times again. No change. I manually put these new 5 under my own name again.

I deleted the Aria 2 from my app. Then I pressed the reset button, on the Aria 2, for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appeared on the Aria 2 screen. I went through the setup process via my phone app, connecting it to the wi-fi. I weighed myself 5 times (it only ever displayed weight and guest). I Manually put those 5 guest weights to my own account. I retried. No change.

It only ever says GUEST and it only ever states the weight without body fat. Help?!
