Aria 2 recognizes me as "Guest"

I just set and weighed in on my new aria 2, bur it only shows me as Guest and does not display body fat or BMI.

@PaulBerg welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's recognizing you as "Guest".

 

I'd like you to follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed this help article. Regarding the BMI readings, make sure that you are standing on your scale still and barefoot. Finally, monitor your Aria 2 and see if it recognizes your user properly.
