Hi My Fitbit Aria 2 Keeps Reconising Me And Sister As Guests Even Though We Have It Connected To Our Accounts Can Anyone Tell Me How To Make It Show Us Our Pictures Rather Than Calling Us Guest

@Fiona1978 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is recognizing you and your sister as "Guests".

 

I'd like you to visit this help article, which explains why your Aria 2 recognizes a user as a "Guest" and it also contains some tips in order to to fix it.
