Aria 2 recognizes my user as "Guest"

When I bought the scale last month and tried to set up the scale, it has taken 20 weigh in to default the scale to me. Now all of a sudden it is defaulting to guest.   When I weigh in there is no option to determine if it is a guest or me . It just default to guest. I reported the problem a couple of weeks of ago that it was defaulting to guest. There was no constructive solution expect what the manual suggested I do . Then after 20 attempts it defaulted to me . Now again it is defaulting to guest . Battery is not low . There is no screen coming up to check if selection is correct just guest. After I do the weigh in I manually go to recent weigh ins and set the weigh to me. Could some one help with this problem ?

Hi @Newenergy, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is recognizing your user as "Guest only. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent reporting this issue before contacting our forums.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Aria 2 by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article and see if it stops recognizing your user as "Guest".
