Aria 2 recognizes original as "Guest" after adding a second user

I have configured th Aria 2 and works fine with just myself as the main user.

It consistently matches my weight against my name and syncs perfectly.

However once I add an additional user I start running into issues. The Aria 2 can't match the original users weight and comes up with "Guest" and can't find the new user and also comes as as "Guest" . The weight different is almost 40kg so no chance of it getting confused.

When I delete the new user it still shows all weight as guest.

The only way to get it working again is to delete all the "Recent Weigh-ins" , delete the Aria 2 from Fitbit app and setup from scratch .

But even then  I can still only get 1 user to work.

Anyone have suggestions? Thanks

Hi @Lucas-1701, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Aria 2 since it recognizes the original user as "Guest" after adding a new user. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please restart your Aria 2 by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, add the second user again and see if it stops recognizing you as "Guest".
