Aria 2 registers 100 grams more in the Fitbit app

Every time I weigh in and for example weigh in at 80kg. When it uploads and syncs later I can check my Fitbit app and it would show the data as 80.1kg instead.


The data seems to always appear 100 grams heavier inside the app than the reading on the physical aria 2 scale.

Hi @Aaron00, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 doesn't register the correct number on the Fitbit app.

 

Please make sure that your Fitbit app has the most updated Fitbit app version. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in.

 

After this, restart your Aria 2 by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row and see if the correct number gets registered in the Fitbit app.
