Aria 2 said "connection error to Wifi"

This morning for around 30 min just now, my Aria 2 said connection error to Wi-Fi. However, it turned out it was an issue with fitbit servers, and I also cannot synced with my other fitbit (Android app said fitbit.com is down for maintenance).

Now it is working as expected after trying for around 30 min. The error message is displayed is rather confusing and I hope the server stability issue is gone.

Fitbit sync servers aren't stable. It was down for me for the last 30 min. Both my fitbit and Aria 2 cannot sync. I also try to not to use my Wi-Fi but mobile network, it also failed.

Now it is working as expected suddenly. I could only imagine the planned maintenance wasn't completed. It could be either yesterday or today depend on the region's.

Hope it will be fine from today/tomorrow for everyone.

@JuanJoFitbit Yes, it's working fine now. The issue got resolved itself. I can confirm the error was due to the Fitbit sync server maintenance. Thank you.

@asiayeah it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. I'm also sorry about the connection issue that your Aria 2 is experiencing. However, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved. I appreciate your update and feedback.

In the meantime, try restarting your router and try syncing your scale again in order to see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted!
