Hi.

I haven´t used my Aria 2 on a long time. Now i started to use it again but every time now Aria 2 says i am guest and not me. How do i do to change so it put my weight under me and not as a guest?

I already put it to new install and everything,

Hi @Snobben46, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Aria 2 since it recognizes you as "Guest" only. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if it recognizes your user properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi Man,

either your scale is not uploading data to the cloud (cloud synch) or your weight changed quite a bit since your last measure.

Go to the Fitbit app or on the website and check when you scale synch with your account last time?

- if recently, try adding your name or initials to the recent measurment

- if not, the cloud-synch is BROKEN for all of us at the moment. Basically ARIA and ARIA 2 having a lot of WIFI issues at the moment. See all the "can't connect to WiFi" posts below.
