Recently, everytime I step on it, it will say connection error. However, it is connected because in the app it shows the latest weight. Actually, puts it in 2,3, even 4 times for the same weight, same time (usually, sometimes a minute or different). I try to delete the extras, but they eventually reappear. What is going on here? This is screwing everything up. Phone is Pixel 3.

It began working normally again all on it's own. My guess is whatever server this thing connects too after I weight wasn't working properly. I do love Fitbit, even dealing with all the little bugs like this over the years
