Aria 2 scale continues to list weight as guest

My scale is listed in my profile and my profile information is correct.  Each morning it shows my weight as a "guest."  I've gone into the app on my phone and changed guest to my icon and stand on the scale again. Still shows weight as "guest." I have to go into the app at least three times and change "guest" to my icon before I can stand on the scale and it automatically assign the weight to my icon. What is wrong?

In regards to the weight assigning issues that your Aria 2 experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you and provided a solution. If you have any questions, in regards the device return, please contact them via email and they'll be happy to follow up.

And what was the solution?

Fitbit asked me to return the scale to them and they said they would replace it. I haven’t heard from them yet, it’s been just over a week since I mailed it back.

After troubleshooting with their suggestions, including doing a factory reset, they asked me to send it back to them for a replacement. I mailed it a little over a week ago, but haven’t heard from them yet.  I will let you know when I hear from them.
