Just purchased scale. Second day in a row.  Set up last night. Synchronized.  Weighed. This morning (and yesterday) get on scale and it comes up as guest. Is it because I added my wife's last night? I did push the reset button to sync hers. Is that when I list my connection?

@ableamplumstead it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's syncing your weigh ins as "Guest". By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @DramaQueenDiva.
