Aria 2 scale won't provide BMI data

I just got the aria 2 scale and I'm excited about it! It doesn't seem to be displaying my bmi, it shows the % sign for it but with "-" in front of it like this -%.

Hi @TanyaChristine7, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Aria 2 since it won't show your BIM information.

 

Please restart your Aria 2 by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, check out this help page, under the subject "What does Aria 2 measure?" which explains how your Aria 2 tracks your BMI. Finally, weigh yourself 5 times in a row and see if it provides BMI data.
