Aria 2 scales wont sync with 2nd user

Hi has anyone managed to sync a second user to the aria 2 scales? I just get the searching screens when trying to load another user to the scales, if the scales do recognise them it is only ever as guest and does not sync on their phone even though they have an active fitbit.

First they don't need an active Fitbit, just their own Fitbit account.

You have to invite them once you have their Fitbit email address. It's easiest to do it on the website dashboard. Go to your dashboard and click on the gear in the upper right, then on your Aria scale. Go to the people tab and you will see an option to add another person. Once they create and fill out a Fitbit account they should give you the email address they used and you can send the invite. Once they are set up they will see the Aria scale on their dashboard like you just did and they can control who see their weight.

How do I connect a second person when the person had already an account with Fitbit without having to delete the account and data already stored?

the Fitbit recognize this person as best only.
