Hi guys,
I am trying to setup a new Aria 2, I have a laptop or an iPhone or iPad to do it. With all devices I am stuck in the "connect to the Aria network" phase - there is no such network that my laptop or my iPhone can see. I tried removing the batteries a couple times, after putting them in again the scale shows some "welcome setup smiley animation" - but there is no network showing up on any of my devices.
Any ideas?

Hello @Matt887766 and a warm welcome. It's been a while since I set up my scale, but I believe it is asking for you home wi-fi name.
Just in case I misunderstand the roadblock you are hitting, here is a link to a Fitbit's video guide to set up your scale.

@Matt887766 which scale do you have, did you recently but it?
Your title says the Aria 2 but your post is mentioning the setup process for the Aria original model.
With the Aria 2 the setup process is done through the Fitbit app or connect software. The app communicates through Bluetooth to set up the scale.
