Aria 2 showing as guest for invitees

Aria 2 scale only shows a guest when partner weighs. They have been invited,accepted and weighed over 10 times and reassinged those guest measurements to their account. We removed the batteries multiple times. We tried resetting the scale up with partners fitbit account, and even then it wont show anything but guest for them, same after assinging more than 5 measurements. This seems very buggy for a scale that costs 200 AUD, it should just work right? Its not complex technology.

Hi @Jt387, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your invitees are not being recognized as users. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please check out and follow the steps listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your scale and see if it recognizes the invitees as users.
