Aria 2 showing weight only no BF% or BMI

My scale is giving me weight only, but used to provide the other metrics. I’ve done a manual reset but still getting the same issue. I have seen similar Qs in the forum but none with any accepted fixes.

Any advice much appreciated!

I appreciate the details provided and restart performed. You can select on the Fitbit app if you want to see your BF% and BMI on the Aria 2 by doing the following:

1. Tap on your profile's picture.

2. Select Aria 2

3. Tap on People Using This Scale.

4. Select your name and choose to show body fat percentage and BMI on your scale.

Thank for this. I did have BMI switched off and this is now showing. BF% was turned on though and just showing ‘-%’ still. Checked and my height etc. is all still recorded correctly in the app.

Thanks for the update. If your Aria 2 is not showing BF% make sure that you're weighing-in with bare and dry feet (don't wear shoes or socks when you stand on the scale). You can also clean the Aria 2's surface with a moist cloth, and then dry it off with a different cloth.

Thanks, I was trying barefoot. Will give it a good clean and see if it makes a difference.

Given the scale a good clean but still no BF reading being given. Not sure if there’s anything else to try?

I appreciate the update and troubleshooting performed. Is the Aria 2 recognizing you when you weigh in? If the scale is recognizing you as Guest, that could be the reason why you don't see BF%. In case that the scale is recognizing you but still not showing your BF%, I recommend you to contact our Support team by chat or calling them so they can check with their tools if something is wrong with your Aria 2.
