Had to reconnect to WiFi and now there is a check mark that won’t go away. Tried stepping on it to weigh myself but :heavy_check_mark: Just keeps showing.

@QMR welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the check mark that your Aria 2 displays, please restart your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row and see if the check mark disappears.

 

As a side note, make sure that your scale is on a hard surface and you are standing on it barefoot.
