Aria 2 shows a "Connection error"

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Just had my new Aria 2, set it up with no issue & connected to WiFi no problem & shows up in the app.

soon as set up was done, I stepped on to weigh myself, stepped off when told, it then tried syncing but then said connection error.

ive tried taking the scales off the app, pressed reset button, taken batteries out, re set router and set up again with no issues, weigh myself again and after trying to sync it yet again said connection error.

whats going on? I bought these as supposedly easy to use.

I would like to jump in to this thread.

I've been using my Aria 2 for over a year now but yesterday I had to reset my router. Everything has re-connected with no issues, however, my Aria 2 scales are having the exact same issues as above.

During setup it finds the wifi and connects with a tick. Once I weigh myself and it starts to sync / upload, that's when I get the connection error.

Getting frustrated!

Hi @youhippy, thank you for joining us in this thread. Regarding the "Connection Error" message, that your Aria 2 has displayed, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article and see if the error message disappears and your scale connects properly with your network.
