@Jordwill822 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is also showing a "Sensing ERR" message. I you haven't done so, please re-calibrate your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. Once this has been done, weigh yourself 5 consecutive times and see if the error message disappears.
Since you mentioned that you have an Aria 2, I moved your post to the Aria 2 board in order to keep the Community organized.
Let me know how it goes!

Just tried the protocol JuanJoFitbit recommended. I replaced the old batteries and weighed five consecutive times. No luck at first, so I checked for any evidence of corrosion in the battery compartment. cleaned it up a bit with an emory board, reinserted the batteries and Bingo on the second weigh-in!

I have the Aria and I get the ERR every time I use my scale. This has happened the past 3 days. I tried removing the batteries and weighing myself 5 times and nothing has worked. I even re-set my WIFI network (which was successful), but every time I attempt to weigh myself I get ERR. Please advise.

This is obviously a piece of sht scale. After 1 year it malfunctions. This is Fitbit technology?

I have tried resetting my scale, my internet router, changed batteries, connect to my mobile data... nothing works.
Any other fixes? I have had this for 5 years (and I am sure the warranty is over). I wanted to keep using it because I like it. But obviously my scale is refusing to work. My fitbit blaze has lasted me 4+ years already and is still working.
Any other solutions? Otherwise, can you consider sending me a new scale.

Good luck with that. Fotbit's attitude is that the warrenty is final.

Found a solution
after stepping on it senses and then tells me to step off . I step off then lift the scale 5-6 inches more like tilt it towards me. I think it senses it’s not level anymore and starts the thinking process and gives me my weight right away while I’m tilting it towards me. I think the error was it somehow thinks we are standing on it still but the tilt motion changes that. Good luck!!!!
