Keeps coming up with error 1.

Hi @Mk64, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Aria 2 since it shows an "Error 1" message.

 

I'd like you to check out this help article, which explains what the error means and i t contains some troubleshooting steps in order to resolve it.
