Aria 2 shows an "! Error" message

Aria 2 just had batteries replaced and continues to show an ! On the screen. Is this due to the Aria2 being phased out for the Air or a possible Aria 3?

Hi @SouperJess9, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Aria 2 since it shows an exclamation mark on the display. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please take out all the new batteries again for 10 seconds. After this put them back in and see if the exclamation mark disappears.

Regarding your question, I believe this was a little glitch in the device itself. In case the exclamation mark is still showing, let me know and I'll be happy to follow up.

Looking forward to your response.
