A while back my scale started not showing the body fat percentage, I did everything I could think of, take the batteries out, wait, reset it, it never returned. Now since the reset the weight has been registering 20-50lbs lower then it should be. I reset it again and it showed the actual weight for a couple days and went back to being too low again. Anyone else experience this? Any tips to make it work again?

@Kait5991, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.
Regarding the body fat and weight accuracy issues that your Aria 2 is experiencing, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if the information is being tracked properly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In the meantime, make sure that your Aria 2 is placed on a flat surface and you are stepping on it still and barefoot. If these details are already covered, weigh yourself 5 times in a row and see if the issues get fixed.
Keep me posted.

I just bought my Aria 2 scale and can only see my weight. I tried to find the body fat ready, and got on and off the scale 5 times in a row, as recommended. It didn’t work. I need more advice on how to set this up.

I reset the scale again, this time leaving the batteries out over night. In the morning the weight was correct and the fat percentage returned. But it’s been a couple days and the percentage is gone again.
I always have it on flat ground (no carpet) and always use with no socks. I’ve tried the weighing 5 times multiple time before, it’ll either work once and disappear again or not work at all.
