We have a new Aria 2. My wife was able to sync her Samsung Galaxy to the Aria, but my Galaxy cannot find the scale. I've tried a few of the suggested solutions including delete app, reboot phone, reinstall app. Still keeps "searching" Is their a real solution or is this product hit and miss? We bought the sccale for both of us, but if it will only work for one: I think we should get half our money back.
Has someone tried anything different that actually worked.

Hello @Penalty22 and a warm welcome. I am not trying to nit pick, but the Aria 2 syncs a weight to your Fitbit account. It doesn't matter what phone you have.
It sounds like you set the scale up, but aren't inviting others correctly. One user sets up the scale on his/her account, then invites others to be added as users.
Here is a link to the Aria 2 Manual so you can review the set up. This Help article will help you invite others to use the scale. Once the other user is properly added, the Aria 2 will show up under the list of devices when you tap on your profile pic and go to your Account page.

@Penalty22, welcome to our Fitbit Community. The information that my friend @LZeeW shared is correct. Since you mentioned that your wife set up the Aria 2 to her Fitbit account. She needs to send you an invitation.
I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if you were able to join the Aria 2 after following the steps that @LZeeW shared.
Looking forward to your response.

The "invite" worked, but of course I than found that the wi-fi had disconnected from the unit and wouldn't reconnect until I had the scale immediately next to the router (which was fun since I have our router in the basement between the first floor joists ). It now seems to be working as intended. The manual should be revised to indicate that only one phone can pair with the scale. Would have saved a me a ton of time. The 2 "Help" links really did help. Interestingly, I wouldn't find those articles when I tried to search for them (which I had done before posting)
