Aria 2 Scales has inexplicably stopped connecting to my WiFi. I’m an engineer - I’ve done everything: flushed the DNS on my router, reset the scales to factory setting, switched everything else on the network off to reduce collision etc the screen just says “weak WiFi” which is nonsense as it’s 6 ft away. Oh, and just to make matters worse my wife’s Withings scales in the upstairs bathroom work just fine. So how do I get this repaired (as it’s clearly a hardware issue), or should I just sell it on eBay along with my watch and switch to Withings? I don’t want to spend hours on the phone to be told what I already know, and it’s probably out of warranty (over a year old I think) so just advise how to send it for a paid repair please?

Sorry, there are no repair facilities.
