Aria 2 stopped syncing with wifi - won't reconnect

My Aria 2 was working perfectly fine and syncing with my Fitbit app (iOS) until July 30, after that it stopped syncing. I changed the batteries thinking that could be the problem but now all I get is the running support address line. I've tried syncing through the app, through the support website, on my phone and an ipad and a computer - nothing has helped. I've done the full reset, it won't connect. Nothing has changed in my wifi connection / router / phone set up in the last two years. only thing I see is a fitbit app update 1 week ago ("bug fixes"). I even reinstalled the app and even tried setting it up on a new device/account - nothing has helped.

Just like Google everything they touch you can't get it fixed you talk to the community you try to call them you try to call Fitbit nobody nobody will give you a straight answer or even knows what the problem is FitBit work great until Google got involved

Same here.  It stopped working months ago.  Tried everything ... I think there is a firmware or hardware fault within the scales. They hate refunds so won't engage on the topic.

Mine has done the same thing. And now if you have noticed the only scale they sell is the Aria Air. Does not do 3/4 of what the other scales have done.
