Aria 2 syncing with Fitbit app but not with My weight app

One week ago my aria2 scale stop syncing with My weight app, it do still sync with the Fitbit app. 

Anybody had the same problem and know how to fix it?

@Ellen71 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I'm also sorry to hear that your Aria 2 stopped syncing with My Weight app.

 

Please try revoking access from your Fitbit account. Then re-link both apps again and see if the issue gets fixed.

@Ellen71 Please provide a screenshot of the page that you are getting while trying to re-link both apps. Finally, let me know what are the steps that you are following to have both apps connected.
