Aria thinks I am a guest,

 

I tried to ad it to my account (best answer) but it will be reset to guest. I also can't ad another person, we receive no e-mail.

Hello @YvoB 

First and foremost make sure you are using the scale on a flat surface (not on carpet etc) Look here to this help article to correct issues with being recognized as a guest: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1167.htm  Also look here to make sure you have the settings correct: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873.htm
