I recently removed my Aria 2 from my Fitbit app by mistake.

 

since re pairing the device it no longer recognizes me and thinks I’m a guest.

 

i have tried manually changing the entry to my user through the Fitbit app and online  as other uses have suggested

i have re weighed myself over 10 times and changed them from guest into my name but still it doesn’t recognize me.

@AlexOK welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's not recognizing your user even though you have weighed yourself several times and entered your weight manually.

 

Please try restarting your scale by taking the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, make sure that you are following the steps to reassign your weights as described in this help article.
