Aria 2 turns off by its self

When i step on the Aria 2 its show me my weight and after that its turn off immediately , after that i tried to set it up but its turn off after i choose the wifi and , i just bought it 2 weeks ago . 

 

any help here ? 😕

@MohdFit Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I'm also sorry to hear that your Aria 2 turns off immediately after it shows your weight.

 

In order to fix this issue, please restart it by taking out all the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, make sure to place your scale on a hard surface and you are stepping on it barefoot. Finally, weigh yourself and see if the issue gets fixed.
