Aria 2 unable to recognize other users.

So i've bought an aria 2 a day ago and ts been working great for me at first and i could see my weight and other data. However it doesn't seem to be able to recognise other users other than myself. I have invited my sister to use the scale as well but when she used it, the word GUEST appears instead of her selected icon and we've had to manually assign the weight to her profile. Is this how its supposed to work?

Isn't the scale supposed to recognise different users? So far it is only able to recognize me. I've got this for less than a day and its such a frustrating experience. If this isn't working out im going to return it soon.

Also whenever I use the scale it makes me select between the different icons. Once again, is this supposed to happen? Why couldn't the scale recognize my weight? (Our weights are nowhere similar by the way.)
