I’ve had this aria 2 for a few years and it used to work fine. For a while it’s been I. My closet and I decided to start paying attention to myself again. I put fresh batteries in it, reset it, added to my Fitbit as fresh aria 2. Went and stood on it and it said I weighed 50 lbs., I weigh about 180 lbs. I have tried to reset it. Pulled the batteries out and waited 15 seconds. All my personal information is correct. Step on it again starts at 60 lbs and slowly falls to about 50 lbs. syncs and then nothing shows up in the app for recent weigh ins. Is this thing borked? I don’t understand how if it actually uses weight on the device that it thinks 180 lbs is 50 lbs. makes zero sense to me. Also when I try to change from lbs or kg or show BMI none of those settings change on the scale but is constantly showing as synced. The device isn’t damaged.
