Tried everything on this forum and nothing will connect my scale to WiFi ... arrived today will be returned unless I can find the answer just keeps saying cannot connect . All my other devices are all connected fine and I have the scale right next to the router please help.

I have an Aria -- had it for several years -- however, recently it will not update my weight to my fit bit app -- says it cannot connect to the internet. Although if I have a GUEST stand on the scale it at least sync's and notifies me that the scale has updated in the Fitbit APP.
It appears to be a problem with my account, to where my weight is not getting written up to my account?
There is a message on this forum stating there is an issue with updating accounts -- is that what this problem is?
