Aria 2 will not register a weight

I just received my Aria 2 yesterday and have yet to be able to get it to read a weight. I have done the setup process twice and when I step on the scale nothing happens. Am I missing something?

@Ash2003, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the weight measuring issue that your Aria 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.
