I have read all the forum responses, changed over to brand new batteries, have no issues with the Wifi
but still my Aria 2 scales will neither switch on or sync to either phone or app on Apple Mac.
Should I be able to simply add the scales to my old existing FitBit ac that has been in existence for many years now. Yesterday I removed an old Fitbit device from that account & successfully added my new Versa 2. Sadly I cannot add the Aria l2.

Hi @julieloo, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issues that your Aria 2 experienced with your Mac and iPhone, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email after your post. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
