I have tried to add new user, they accepted via app  - nothing so I checked on here. They then went to desktop & accepted. The acceptance appears on their web page & my app yet Aria 2 still shows “guest” whenever they stand on it

Hello @7left and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit did something that hides Guest weights, and Fitbit hasn’t updated the manual to deal with this.  Did the other person choose an icon in their app?  They need to do this.  This might help, no guarantees, but it’s worth a try — every two weeks or so, MY scale decides I’m a guest on my own scale!  Have the person step on the scale wearing socks.  If they see a head with a question mark, step off.  If they see their icon, tap the upper right of the scale screen — the check mark.  The left if wrong.  Now step on it with bare feet and they might see the same thing.  Tap on the correct side.  When I step on mine the third time, in bare feet, I am recognized.

If they never see their icon, then I’m out of ideas.  I’m not sure that Support can help you.  They have the same manual I see.
