Aria 2 won't apply weigh ins to 2nd user

Dear FitBit community,

I have successfully invited my wife to participate as a user on our new Aria 2.  At first, the scale would ask who the user was after weighing, but, after just a couple of days, it seems to have "forgotten" about the second user and we no longer get the prompt -- everything just registers under my (primary) account.

How do we fix this?  Here is what my FitBit app on my iPhone shows for users:

Scale Users

@DaddyDr0id welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's not applying the other person's readings to their user.

Please check out and fallow the steps that are listed in this help article which explain how to reassign weights to the correct user.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Thanks, JuanJoFitbit, but, unfortunately, the linked article has nothing to do with the issue I'm having.  😞

Basically, my FitBit App thinks that I have successfully registered two people to share the scale.  The scale thought I did, for a brief time, too.  But the scale has "forgotten" the second person.

Should I unlink and re-invite?  Or...?

@DaddyDr0id thank you for getting back and I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. Before sending another invite to your wife, please restart the Aria 2 by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, have your wife to weigh herself 5 times in a row and see if the Aria 2 recognizes her user.

Let me know how it goes!

Dear @JuanJoFitbit -- thank you for the reply!

I had my wife do as you instructed.  She took out the battery for 15 seconds and replaced them.  When she weighed herself she *DID* get an icon for herself the first time!  She selected her icon.  Then tried to weigh herself a second, third, fourth, and fifth time.  Each subsequent time, she got *my* icon with no choice to "cancel" and choose her icon.

She took the battery out/in again, hoping to repeat the initial experience.  But the scale still isn't showing her icon any longer.

Thoughts?

This scale is a joke for multiple users that have the same approximate weight.  If you have 2 users, and they're the same weight, the stupid scale no longer prompts which user is being logged.  The whole reason I bought this was the for the multi-user capability and it's bugged beyond belief.

I bought this on Amazon.com and I'm giving it 1 star.
