Although it was a pain in the butt, we did eventually get our Aria 2 to connect to our WiFi router and it's been working fine until two days ago. Suddenly, without any warning it stopped connecting to our WiFi network and all it says is "Unable to connect to network". I've rebooted my router which has not impacted our problem. I've moved the scale to within 5 feet of the router and no change. I've replaced the batteries, also with no change.
I'm not real keen on removing and reinstalling the device.
Is there something that someone else has done when coming across this challenge?
Update: Hey Fitbit support, are you listening? Another person had this exact problem in the last day or two. Did you release an update that has an untested bug?
How do I find out if my Aria was updated and how do I manually roll back?

@123rkb123 The Community is a user to user help site and not support. Please contact Support directly for technical support. It sounds like you did all the recommended steps listed in this Help article.
The Aria 2 was discontinued over two years ago. It's rare for Fitbit to update a device after it's been discontinued for two years. I'm not aware of any update. My scale has version 23.27.2.0. I don't think your issue is due to a firmware update.

Having the same issue.
Took out 1 battery. Didn't go into set up mode but just showed the software version number.
Hit reset button. Didn't go to set up mode I don't think (although it is directing me on the scale to go to the setup on the website so maybe it did?)
Finally figured out not to use the webpage to set up but go into the app and use "add device."
All steps proceed normally there, including getting a code off the scale to enter into my phone, until I reached the add wifi step. At that point I just got a picture of the scale, a headline "WiFi Setup" but no button to proceed.
I guess I've hit up against planned obsolesence?
