My Aria 2 has stopped connecting to my WiFi network but not only that, after several attempts to reset, re-connect nothing happend. The last sync is on 16 Oct. 2020. I tried to reconnect multiple times, turned Wifi off and on, took batteries out of scale nothing working. No changes to my router, my network or password criteria.

Hi @SubSignoVeneni, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 can't connect with your network. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and email. In case the issue persists, reply to their last email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
