Aria 2 won't connect to WiFi

Can’t connect it to WiFi. Perpetually stuck in the loop - have read the help guide and numerous threads here but we’ve spend hours trying to get it to work - but it doesn’t like it. We have tested our internet too, it’s 200mb+, and disconnected other devices. Help please!

@LogicalHarm It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'll be happy to assist you with your Aria scale since it's not connecting to your WiFi.

I'd just like to know if your scale shows any error message. Have you made changes to your network (router, router settings or WiFi password)? What is the make and model of your router?

Finally, let me know what is the model of your Aria scale. You can find the differences between the Aria 1 and Aria 2 in this post.

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy

No changes to the router. It is a vodaphone station Tg3442de.

We sign in and it tries to connect to the WiFi, then It says WIFI ERR then resets to SETUP ACTIVE. It loops like this.

It’s an aria 2, although we’ve had this with our aria 1 too!

I actually did the same thing. I returned my aria 2 as it was a really recent purchase as there was just a barrage of information needed and no resolution, and if the help for a longstanding, repeated problem is then to be cut off, makes more sense to be able to go elsewhere where you either can get the help, or comes at a 20% cost.
