Purchase aria 2 scales. Never could get it to connect to wifi.  Tried multiple fitbit recommended troubleshooting steps.  Finally gave up and shipped it back.  Long time versa 2 user that works great.  Theory behind scales is great  too bad the product does not work.

Hi @Mcnabbgolf,

 

If your WiFi has any special characters in the password, the scales will not connect.  Is it possible that you have special characters in your WiFi password?
