My aria 2 tries to connect to my Wi-Fi but continues to fail. everything else in my house is connected to the same Wi-Fi including my phone. I'm using the app to do this.

Hi @MIMAMAW, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the connection issues that your Aria 2 has experienced, I would like to know if you have made changes to your WiFi such as router, WiFi network or WiFi password.
I'd also like to know if your Aria 2 shows any error message while it tries to connect.
In the meantime, try taking out the batteries of your scale for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, try setting up your scale from scratch and see if the connection issue gets fixed.

Hey I’m getting rather annoyed now. There are hundreds of users on here who are unable to reconnect with their aria scale after getting a new router yet you still continue to offer the same suggestions. Please work with your team to find a solution - you will make a lot of users happy!
