Aria 2 won’t connect to WiFi

I’ve tried everything noted in the forums and followed the directions completely. My Aria 2 won’t locate the WiFi. I’ve tried from various locations in the house including sitting right next to the router. I press the button in the battery location and it does nothing but give the website. I’ve tried holding the button down for a significant amount of time and quickly pressing it, I’ve removed the batteries and replaced them after about 30 seconds. Nothing seems to work.

I am assuming that this was previously working. Did you recently change your router?

You are correct. It worked fine up until 7/10/21. We changed our router about 6 months ago but it’s been working fine with the new one up to now.
