I've checked all of the topics on here, went through all of the troubleshooting options from said posts, and I get as far as trying to connect to my Wifi - which DOES pass all requirements - literally standing 1 foot from my router that has a speed of 1GB per second, my phone showing full bars, and after 15minutes of trying to connect I get an error on the over-priced paperweight saying the signal is too weak....it's not weak....the product is a **ahem**....and if you tell me to reset my router, then it's an even bigger **ahem** than I thought. As with ALL Fitbit products I've ever had, every time you guys to a **ahem**ed update to the app or whatever, the device stops working.
At this point, whenever anyone asks me which wearable I recommend - as I am the fitness freak in my family/friends circle - I'm telling everyone Garmin or Samsung...don't even bother with FitBit.
Think you have a fix that will work?

Hello,
Unfortunately I’ve had the same poor experience with the Aria scale. After multiple times of trying to reconnect the Aria to my new router, it finally connected. Seriously, I’ve tried everything! From changing router settings, restart bla bla bla. Not user friendly at all! You are right too! Don’t even bother with FitBit. They just informed me to look on their website for a new scale. New scale???? This problem of reconnecting is a well known issue and they just sit there and assume I would ever be interested in another device. LOL. Don’t bother indeed.
