So I recently changed from a Motorola modem to the new Comcast Xfi modem. Didn't think much of it; really just liked the options to monitor kids internet usage. After switching I found I could not connect my old Aria 1. After some real brief research I though the problem was the scale was just too old and decided to purchase an Aria 2. Low and behold I am now in the same situation as many others...since Comcast does not offer 802.11B option anymore I cannot connect (either) scale. Unless a solution that does not involve adding a separate older router that has the 802.11B technology an be provided by Fitbit I will be returning the scale. Holding my breath and waiting for a response in 3,2,1..

The easiest is to purchase a compatible WiFi hub. It should not be more than $10-15.
Maybe a friend has one they can give you.
